Guillermo A. Lagos Hernández is a seasoned Program and Project Manager with extensive experience in digital banking and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Banking Project Implementation at Banco Azteca since November 2022, Guillermo manages complex digital payment solutions projects while ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams. Previously, Guillermo held strategic project management roles at Broxel and served as Program & Portfolio Manager in the Government Sector for Consorcio Red Uno. With a strong background in IT project management, Guillermo has successfully delivered numerous high-profile projects for leading organizations, including Grupo Scanda and Grupo Financiero Bancomer. Guillermo's educational qualifications include a degree in SCRUM Master Expert from World AEDA IT and a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
