Monica Martinez Ulloa Torres is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy and Innovation Director in the Payments Ecosystem at Banco Azteca since October 2022, Monica previously held the position of Managing Director at Coppel Servicios Financieros from May 2021 to July 2022, focusing on enhancing customer insights and delivering personalized financial solutions. Monica's tenure at Bancoppel S.A. from 2006 to 2022 included roles as Director of Products and Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed product development, marketing strategy, and reporting directly to the CEO. Earlier experience includes directing passive product development at Banco Azteca and contributing to the launch of Mexico's first internet-based banking platform while at Ixe Grupo Financiero.
