Alex Anderson

Alex Anderson is an experienced project leader currently serving as Líder de Proyectos en la Oficina de Control at Banco BICE since November 2025. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Banco Security for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included leading the project management office (PMO) and overseeing planning and budgeting for strategic commercial, operational, and technological projects. Alex has a strong background in process engineering and project management, with expertise in managing change, reengineering business processes, and coordinating with technological service providers. Alex holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile and has completed diplomas in Project Management and Balanced Scorecard at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
