Carina Valeria Allendes Siliano

Carina Valeria Allendes Siliano is a distinguished finance professional with extensive experience in structured trade finance, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Structured Trade Finance in Spain at BBVA since May 2016. With a tenure at BBVA beginning in May 1992, Carina has held significant roles including Executive Director and Vice President of Global ECA, where responsibilities encompassed the origination, structuring, analysis, and control of variables in structured trade finance credit solutions. Previous positions include origination and coverage in the BBVA Representation Office from 2001 to 2003 and roles in trade finance at BBVA Banco Frances from 1997 to 2001. Carina holds a Licenciatura in Trade Finance from UADE (1993-1998) and an MBA from Universidad del Salvador (2001-2002).
