Fabio Magalhaes has extensive work experience in the field of customer experience and management. Fabio started their career at Banco Real as an Ombudsman and Head of Customer Experience. Fabio then moved on to Banco Santander, where they held various roles related to customer experience, including Head of Customer Experience and Digital Channels. At Banco BV, they served as the Head of Customer Experience Management and later as the Ouvidor User Experience. Fabio was also responsible for managing customer complaints and relationships with regulatory bodies such as Banco Central do Brasil, PROCON, and CVM.
