Lilian Souza

Lilian Souza is an experienced professional in the field of finance and analytics, currently working as an Analista de Business Intelligence at Banco Bmg since July 2021. Responsibilities include conducting studies to support decision-making and strategic direction, developing and monitoring performance indicators for committees, and creating online data dashboards. Previously, at Too Seguros, Lilian focused on credit analysis and analytics, contributing to the development of credit policies and risk mitigation strategies.
