Denis Ibanez

Denis Ibanez currently serves as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Bradesco since November 2025. Previously, Denis held the position of Agile Coach at Raízen from September 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included facilitating strategic planning using various methodologies and implementing the Raízen Excellence System in the technology area. Prior to that, Denis worked as an Agile Master at Claro Brasil between February 2020 and August 2021, focusing on Agile and Lean culture adoption across multiple teams and coaching in portfolio management. Denis's earlier experience includes roles such as Lean and Agile Coach at Cast group and IT Governance and Infrastructure Supervisor, with a strong foundation in IT governance and infrastructure management. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Systemic Thinking and Transformative Techniques from Verbo Jurídico and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove.
