Emmanuel Oliveira

Emmanuel Oliveira is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and system analysis. Currently serving as Tech Leader at Bradesco since February 2023, Emmanuel leads the SWAT Cloud team in the operational migration of approximately 3,000 applications across 89 areas to the cloud, coordinating over 85 professionals to ensure technical standardization and governance. Previous roles include Tech Leader at Banco next, focusing on integrating PIX and developing a new core banking system, and Senior Software Developer at Inter, where Emmanuel contributed to a new platform for corporate clients using a modern tech stack. Additional experience includes software development and system analysis at Accenture, Policentro, Banco do Brasil, and an early internship with the Government of Pernambuco's Transportation Secretariat. Emmanuel holds a degree in Information Systems Management from FAPE - Faculdade Pernambucana.
