Joao Novak started their work experience at HSBC in 2005 as a Project Manager, where they successfully completed projects related to income tax statements, mailing cost reduction, and customer data warehouse. Joao then served as a Financial Controller, managing an annual budget of around BRL2 billion with significant savings. Later, they became the Head of Risk and Controls, supporting the COO at local and regional levels in risk self-assessment, audit attendance, and managing the risk and controls environment. Joao also held the role of Head of HR Business Support and Head of HR Internal Controls for Latin America. Mr. Novak joined Bradesco in 2016 as a Senior Process Manager and later became a Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer - Systems Development at Bradesco.
Joao Novak obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas / FGV in the period of 2001 to 2002. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued another MBA, specializing in Finance, General, from Ibmec Business School / IBMEC.
