Andrea Lagos Castro

Andrea Lagos Castro possesses extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as PM Segmento Empresas y Empleados at Banco de Bogotá since January 2019, where responsibilities include defining customer engagement strategies and leading strategic initiatives within an agile framework. Previous roles at Banco de Bogotá include Jefe BdB 360º y Sinergias Banca Empresas and Analista Alineación Canales de Venta, both focusing on portfolio management, product development, and strategic alignment. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Consultora en Sostenibilidad at Qualitas t&t, coordinating sustainability projects and advising on strategic planning. Education includes a Master's in Management and Evaluation of Investment Projects from Universidad Externado de Colombia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution. Additionally, training in European business was completed at Esade.
