Laura Rueda

Laura Rueda is a seasoned professional in product management and digital services within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Product Management Specialist at Banco de Bogotá since October 2020, Laura directs the strategic vision and commercial development of products from conception to launch. Prior experience includes various roles at Banco Davivienda from April 2004 to October 2020, including Product Owner for Digital Business, where Laura implemented new payment products and services across defined digital channels. Additional roles involved ensuring service quality standards and analyzing customer complaints to enhance satisfaction. Laura holds a diploma in Financial Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a degree in Financial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga.
