Laura V Morales

Laura V Morales is an experienced professional currently serving as the Technical Lead of User and Product Research at Banco de Bogotá since February 2022. In this role, Laura leads the User Research Chapter within the UX Center of Excellence, guiding the user research processes to align with user perceptions, needs, and business objectives. Laura has also participated as a guest speaker at various conferences, including the First Research Conference in LATAM organized by Proaxion and the 3rd Service Design Congress at Universidad El Bosque. Prior to Banco de Bogotá, Laura worked as a UX Researcher at Skandia Colombia, focusing on human-centered design, and co-led the Office of Research, Creation, and Innovation at Universidad El Bosque. Laura holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad El Bosque, obtained in February 2019.
