The leadership team at Banco de Bogotá has a history of experience in the financial industry. Many members have worked for large banks in Colombia, such as Banco Popular Colombia and Banco Corpbanca. Others have experience in more specialized roles, such as Scotiabank Colpatria's VP and Citibank's Consumer Business Country Business Manager. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from universities such as the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and London Guildhall University.
