Luis Gonzalez Salas

LUIS GONZALEZ SALAS has extensive experience in product management, currently serving as Chief Product Owner at Banco de Chile since February 2012. In this role, LUIS is responsible for overseeing the strategic Payments project, delivering business vision to technology and training areas while managing change for internal and external clients. Prior to Banco de Chile, LUIS worked at BCI from January 2007 to February 2012, holding positions as Product Manager for Cash Management and Head of the Collection Unit, where LUIS successfully defined sales policies and ensured the functionality of various electronic collection products. LUIS holds certifications in Scrum Product Ownership and has completed a diploma in digital transformation of financial services, alongside a degree in Commercial Engineering from UDLA.
