Rui Garces

Rui Garces is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial and information systems sectors. Currently serving as an Assessor and Board Member at BCI - Banco Comercial e de Investimentos in Mozambique since October 1996, Rui Garces has also held the position of Director of Central de Sistemas de Informação. Prior to this role, Rui Garces worked as an Administrator at Interbancos from June 2013 to November 2017. Rui Garces holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Electrotécnica from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
