Eduardo Burgos Guerrero

Eduardo Burgos Guerrero is an accomplished IT Infrastructure Security Engineer with extensive experience in technical support and incident management. Currently employed at Banco de Machala since February 2019, Eduardo manages incident resolution and change control within the organization's Service Desk, providing on-site, telephone, and remote support. Previously, Eduardo worked at GEA Internacional from June 2017 to February 2019 as a support assistant, where responsibilities included network configuration, HelpDesk management, and technical support, as well as serving as a technical support intern focusing on hardware and software installation.
