Andrey Pichardo

Andrey Pichardo currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & General Affairs at Banco di Caribe since September 2020. Previously, Pichardo held the position of Director of Human Resources at ENNIA from January 2012 to September 2020, overseeing HR strategy and policy in multiple Caribbean locations. Prior experience includes Senior Human Resources Manager at Banco di Caribe from April 2008 to December 2011 and Director of Human Resources at ING Curaçao from September 2000 to April 2008, where responsibility encompassed HR strategies for both local and Latin American divisions. Early career roles include Human Resources Manager at Consales Bedrijven NV and Human Resources Officer at Maars Holding BV. Pichardo holds a Master of Business Administration from Business School Netherlands, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Saxion University, and a Post Bachelor in Total Quality Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
