Lucas Porta

Lucas Porta is a Senior Product Designer at Banco do Brasil, responsible for enhancing user experience within the Hiperautomação team by enabling the development of departmental applications through low-code automation using ServiceNow. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a Product Designer at Letalk and Zello Tecnologia, where notable contributions included designing the COVID-19 vaccination certificate for Conecte SUS and developing the super-app Conecte SUS, which improved usability and accessibility for users. Lucas's career spans various design roles, including positions at Moviva, TELEBRAS S.A., Linkfor Software Solutions, and experience as a Co-Founder of Zenit Aerospace. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Universidade de Brasília and a degree in Product Design from UDF Centro Universitário, along with graphic design education from SAGA School.
