Alfredo Rivero

Alfredo Rivero is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and IT service management, currently serving as Portfolio Manager for Digital Resolution Production at Falabella Financiero since May 2023, focusing on enhancing branch platforms across Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. Previously, Alfredo held the position of Jefe de gestión de procesos TI & Data at Banco Falabella Chile since November 2016, responsible for transactional monitoring and process automation to improve customer experience in digital channels. Alfredo's earlier roles include being an Ingeniero Consultor at Articlynx and a Network Analyst at CANTV, complemented by a strong educational background with degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master's in Networks and Telecommunications from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
