María José Ureta Achurra

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal and environmental care. In parallel, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
