Carolina Palau is an experienced human resources professional with expertise in recruitment and selection processes. Currently serving as Coordinadora de selección at Banco Finandina since January 2022, Carolina oversees personnel selection and manages strategic hiring, ensuring effective talent acquisition and implementation of the Software Heinsohn. Previously, Carolina held roles such as Especialista de Selección and Analista de selección at the same institution, focusing on psychometric assessments, competency-based interviews, and recruitment of suitable candidates.
