César Padilha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a sócio at Snooker's Bar e Petiscos since December 2023, César is also a Coordenador de Operações at Banco Industrial do Brasil since 2006, overseeing complex financial operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, César has been a professor at FIA Business School since 2013, teaching postgraduate and MBA courses in finance and market intelligence. An entrepreneur at heart, César is also behind the iThru.com project. Previous roles include significant positions at Banco Santander, Votorantim Cimentos, Unibanco, and Banco Bandeirantes, showcasing a solid background in commercial management, financial analysis, and operations.
