David Alexander Rincon

David Alexander Rincon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BICSA Panama since June 2013, David has a robust background that includes positions as VP Country Controller and VP Project Management at Citibank from April 2010 to June 2013. Prior to that, David held the role of AVP Finance & Planning at Global Bank Corporation between November 2005 and March 2010.
