Marilis de Carballo

Marilis De Carballo has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Manager at Banco Macro since February 2017 and previously as Vice-President of Operations and Vice-President of Projects and Business Continuity at Bancaribe from December 2008 to February 2023. In the latter role, Marilis directed monetary operations, commercial and consumer credit operations, and payment services, focusing on lean processes, end-to-end vision, and customer service quality. Marilis holds a Master's degree in Financial Institutions and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UCAB, along with an Associate degree in Information Technology from Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia Caracas.
