Rodrigo Cruz

Rodrigo Cruz is an experienced systems analyst currently working at Banco Mercantil since December 2022, where responsibilities include the analysis and maintenance of savings and time deposit systems, as well as software requirement gathering and error analysis. Prior to this, Rodrigo held positions at Fáciltech, focusing on credit and financial system enhancements for various financial institutions, and previously served as a software development trainee at CONCERT Technologies, contributing to IoT service platform operations and development. Rodrigo's early career included engineering internship experience with the Brazilian Company of Urban Trains, where system implementations and circuit studies were performed. Rodrigo holds a bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
