Uelques Almeida has extensive experience in business management and operations, currently serving as Diretor Executivo de Negócios e Operações at Mercantil do Brasil since January 2005, in addition to the role of Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios. Since November 2019, Uelques has also held the position of Diretor Comercial de Canais at Bem Aqui. Uelques Almeida holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1995-1999) and an MBA in Business Management/Finance from Ibmec (2000-2001). Additionally, Uelques completed an XBA in Business Administration at StartSe University in July 2022.
