Cesar Tadeu Ribeiro

Cesar Tadeu Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting in 2009, they worked at Itaú Unibanco in various leadership positions, including Head of Risk Governance for International Units, Wealth Management, and Insurance from April 2021 to January 2022. Cesar Tadeu also served as Head of Risk Management for International Units and Head of Operations for Itaú Wealth Management during their tenure. In 2012, Cesar was a Director at IPEG - Instituto Paulista de Excelencia da Gestão until December 2014. Currently, they are the COO at Banco PAN, leading the Customer Service and Ombudsman teams since March 2023, and previously as COO from November 2021 until March 2023.
