Marcos Chignalia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as an Art Director at Campo de Marketing Ltda, where they were responsible for developing creative concepts and managing client relationships. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Organización Carvajal as a Senior Designer, focusing on understanding user needs and developing various guides. In 2012, they joined Beleza na Web as a Coordinator of SEO, where they contributed to the success of the website and implemented new features. In 2014, they became a Key Account Manager at Agência Conversion, specializing in performance strategies and client management. Later that year, they joined Jüssi, initially as a Coordinator SEO and later as a Product Manager and Head of Products. Marcos was responsible for product development and strategy, working with clients such as Honda, Ambev, and Microsoft. In 2018, Marcos took on roles at Allya as a Mentor of Product/Innovation and at Tera as an Expert in Digital Product Leadership/Digital Marketing & Growth. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Acquisition/Digital Analytics/Customer Success at Banco PAN since 2019. Throughout their career, Marcos has utilized various methodologies and tools such as design thinking, lean, and analytics to drive business strategies and create innovative solutions.
Marcos Chignalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from FAI - Faculdades Adamantinenses Integradas in 2008. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Design Thinking from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Marcos then pursued an MBA in Behavioral Economics from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing starting in 2017. In 2018, Marcos completed a Customer Experience Immersion and Mentoring Certificate at Gestão 4.0.
