Maribel Garay Oliden

Maribel Garay Oliden has a strong background in quality assurance and systems analysis. Maribel began their career in 2007 as a Senior Systems Analyst at Accenture España, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they joined Banco Ripley Perú and held multiple roles, including Chapter Lead of Quality Assurance, QA Analyst for Mobile Banking, and QA Analyst using traditional methodologies. Maribel has extensive experience in both traditional and Agile approaches to quality assurance.

Maribel Garay Oliden has a diverse education history. In 1998-2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma. In 2014, they completed a Diploma in Project Management from the same university. In 2018, Maribel specialized in Scrum Framework at the Instituto de Gestión Ágil de Proyectos - GESAP. Maribel further enhanced their skills in 2019 by earning the ISTQB Fundamentos certification from New Horizons. Maribel also expanded their knowledge in Design Thinking at the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP in 2020. Maribel pursued an Innovation Management course from Consultoría Rentabilízate in the same year.
