Paul Fiedler

Paul Fiedler has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paul has worked at Banco Ripley Perú since 2013, holding positions such as CEO, Gerente General Adjunto - Head of Business and Digital Transformation, and Gerente General Adjunto - Negocios. Prior to that, Paul worked at Financiera Oh! - Grupo Intercorp as a Gerente Comercial, and at Centro Comercial Jockey Plaza - Grupo Altas Cumbres as a Gerente Retail Financiero. Paul also has experience at Royal Ahold - Supermercados Peruanos S.A. as Jefe de Servicios Financieros and at Banco Ripley Perú as Jefe Comercial de Tarjeta Ripley. Before entering the banking sector, they worked at Corporación de Inversiones Latinoamericana - Coril as an Asesor Bursátil.

Paul Fiedler holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the INCAE Business School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they completed a specialization in Digital Transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Paul also completed a specialization in the CEOs Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2015. Prior to these, Paul received their Bachelor's degree in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas between 2007 and 2009. Furthermore, they hold a Master's degree in Banca y Finanzas from Escuela de Organización Industrial, which they earned from 2002 to 2004.
