The Product Management and Development team at Banco Ripley Perú is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of financial products. This includes market analysis and strategic planning (Ingeniero Seguimiento Y MIS Senior), product design and enhancements (Subgerente De Producto Préstamos, Especialista De Productos), technical development and implementation (Analyst - Full Stack Developer Senior), and marketing and promotion (Product Marketing Manager) to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business growth.
