Alexandre Salfatis

Alexandre Salfatis, CFA, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Safra since March 2023, specializing in equity fund management. Prior experience includes a tenure as Portfolio Manager at APEX CAPITAL LTDA from January 2017 to March 2022, and a role as Director in Proprietary Equity Trading at Credit Suisse, where Alexandre worked from January 1998 until November 2016. Alexandre began a career in finance as a Trainee at Banco Garantia in January 1998, prior to its acquisition by Credit Suisse later that year. Academically, Alexandre holds the CFA Charterholder designation, obtained from the CFA Society between 2005 and 2007, and a degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, earned from 1993 to 1997.
