Juliana Martins

Juliana Martins, MSc, currently serves as the General Superintendent of Human Resources at Safra since June 2021, providing HR services to the Vice Presidency of Investments and the Vice Presidency of Wholesale Banking, covering areas such as Asset Management, Treasury, Sustainable Investments, and Investment Banking. Previously, Juliana held various positions at Itaú Unibanco from August 2005 to June 2021, including Senior HR Manager overseeing Wealth Management & Services, where responsibilities included employee experience, digital leadership, and agile methodologies. Juliana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and additional qualifications in business administration and civil engineering.
