Alef Rocha has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Líder de Loja at Santander Brasil since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing the agency's results and leading a commercial team to enhance customer base and financial operations. Previously, Alef held roles such as Gerente de Relacionamento Empresas I, focusing on managing a portfolio of corporate clients and providing business consultancy, and Gerente de Negócios & Serviços II, which involved personal client administration in Salvador. Prior experience includes working as a Consultor de Vendas at Almeida Krüger, where client acquisition was prioritized, and serving in the Brazilian Army as a police soldier. Alef Rocha holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Salvador, completed in 2018.
