David Gama

David Gama currently serves as the Head of Finance, FP&A, Controlling, and Strategy at Santander Brasil since March 2024. Prior to this role, David was the Vice President and Group Controller at Banco Santander Colombia from January 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the country's finance divisions and driving digital transformation. David's earlier experience at Santander Brasil involved management control and strategic planning within Corporate and Investment Banking from March 2018 to January 2021. Previous roles included FP&A for GfK in LATAM and management control for Atento across LATAM and Europe, where David played a key role in leading the IPO process. David's career began as a Financial Advisor at NOVO BANCO. David holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidade de Coimbra, with additional exchange programs in Economics from institutions in Brazil and Poland.
