Juan Pedro Oechsle Bernos

Juan Pedro Oechsle is the Country Head and CEO of Banco Santander Perú, managing Consumer and Retail business operations within the Santander group since March 2018. Oechsle oversees the Automotive sector and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Santander Consumer Peru. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy General Director at Banco Santander Mexico, where responsibility encompassed a network of 1,000 branches and segments for Individuals and Small to Medium Enterprises. Earlier roles include General Manager at Banco Santander Hong Kong, focusing on the country and expansion plans in Asia, and Regional Executive Director at Banco Santander Mexico, managing branches in the South and Southeast regions. Oechsle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and multiple post-graduate degrees in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral.
