Adam Hughes

Adam Hughes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in relationship banking and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Banker at Santander since June 2022, Adam manages major accounts and ensures high client satisfaction. In addition, Adam has been the President of HELO Capital since July 2017, specializing in working capital programs for small to medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include ISO Relations at World Business Lenders, LLC, where Adam helped lending companies find solutions for hard-to-fund customers, and Founder & President of Intouch Financials, which generated significant bankcard volume within months. Adam's career began in sales at Cynergy Data, demonstrating early success as a Top Closer. Adam is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Capella University, with additional education from Central Connecticut State University and Eastern Connecticut State University.
