Carlo Lodigiani is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of M&A and Head of Industrials at Banco Santander, Carlo has previously held positions as Executive Director and Vice President of M&A. Moreover, Carlo has experience as Vice President at N+1 Corporate Finance and as Head of European M&A in the International Development Department at Gas Natural SDG.
