Dr. Oliver Schulte Ladbeck

Dr. Oliver Schulte Ladbeck currently serves as Managing Director at Banco Santander, focusing on Healthcare, Consumer, and Retail sectors in the GSA and Nordics regions since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Schulte Ladbeck was a Partner at PwC Deutschland from October 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included global deals origination for Northern Europe. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at BNP Paribas, managing relationships with large-cap German healthcare and utility clients from August 2013 to September 2015, and as Head of German Healthcare Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from July 1999 to August 2012. Dr. Schulte Ladbeck holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Münster, and completed an Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
