Jo York

Jo York is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Manager, Change and Transformation, at Santander since January 2016. In this role, Jo manages organizational change initiatives and coaches leaders to enhance delivery through agile practices. A strong background in learning and development is evident from previous positions, including roles as Senior Learning Specialist and Senior Learning Partner, where Jo designed agile methodologies and provided training across various levels. With extensive experience at Santander since 1999, Jo has demonstrated success in project management within the learning cycle, stakeholder engagement, and the development of high-quality solutions to support critical business objectives.
