Natalia Pais Carril

Natalia Pais Carril is an experienced IT solution designer currently serving as Executive Director at Santander, beginning in September 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia spent a decade at IBM, where progression included positions such as Senior Managing Consultant and Managing Consultant in Banking & Financial Services. Key projects involved leadership in transformation and integration initiatives for international banks, managing teams of up to twenty-five consultants and engineers. Earlier experience at IBM Global Business Services included an internship focused on the Banking & Financial Services sector.
