Ryan Baynes

Ryan Baynes is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Santander since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an Associate at Park Lane for six months in early 2024 and as a Ventureship Scholar at Watertower Ventures from January to September 2023. Ryan gained significant expertise in FX Hedge Fund Sales during tenure as Vice President at Credit Suisse from March 2020 to July 2022 and as an Associate at Nomura from June 2016 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst in Management Trading and a Summer Analyst in Global Markets at Nomura and a Commercial Banking Summer Intern at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in the summer of 2015. Ryan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance from the University of Bristol.
