Terry Chrisman

Terry Chrisman is a seasoned expert in operational risk and technology management with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operational Risk at Banco Santander, Terry provides strategic guidance on technology-based operational risk management and aligns cyber and technology risk requirements with regulatory standards. Previous positions include Managing Director at BNY Mellon, where Terry oversaw technology risk and compliance, and Global CyberSecurity and Technology Leader at GE Oil & Gas, managing cybersecurity integration across projects. As a long-term member of ISACA’s Certification Committee, Terry has played a significant role in shaping certification processes. Terry's educational background includes an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University and an Executive Leadership degree from Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
