Victoria R. currently serves as the CEO of Santander Consumer Finance and Head of DCB Europe, as well as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Strategy and Transformation leader at Digital Consumer Bank (DCB). With a strong background in finance and consulting, Victoria R. held various leadership roles at Santander, including Chief of Staff to the Group’s Executive Chair and positions in Santander Digital. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group from August 1999 to February 2018, where Victoria R. focused on operations in retail banking and capital markets. Educational achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and multiple engineering degrees from CentraleSupélec and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, complemented by a postdegree in Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
