Wallis Wang

Wallis(Chu) Wang is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Santander since July 2025, specializing in credit origination for syndication loans, DCM, leveraged finance, and private credit transactions in the APAC region. Prior experience includes a role as Director in the Structured Lending Team at UBS from March 2024 to July 2025, focusing on share-backed lending and equity derivative solutions. Wang previously held various positions at Credit Suisse from 2015 to 2024, including Vice President in the APAC Financing Group and roles in both leveraged finance and structured lending. Additional experience includes analyst roles at CICC, with a foundational internship in the Capital Market Division, and a degree in Finance and Mathematical Science from Peking University, completed in 2012.
