Tiago Silva Soares has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as Head de Marketing Institucional e ESG and Head de ESG e Brand Experience at Banco BV since July 2018. Prior to this, Tiago held the position of Gerente de Sustentabilidade e Brand Experience, demonstrating a strong focus on sustainability and brand development. At Seara Alimentos LTDA from June 2015 to June 2018, Tiago managed the brands Seara and Doriana, leading digital strategy and KPI development. Tiago's career includes roles at BRF, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy, innovation, and brand repositioning for Perdigão and Sadia. Early in the career, Tiago worked at Unilever in various marketing roles, contributing to significant projects and brand initiatives. Tiago holds an MBA from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, and a BBA from Universidade Monte Serrat.
