Diego Moreno

Diego Moreno is an experienced professional with a background in banking and process automation, currently serving as the Leader of the Knowledge Area of Business Experience Design and as the Head of the Knowledge Line for Digital Real Estate Services at Bancolombia since November 2008. Diego has held multiple roles within the organization, including Manager of Real Estate Services Implementation and Head of the Consultancy Team for Intelligent Process Automation, focusing on transforming work methodologies through process improvement and integration with end-user tools such as BPM, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Prior to Bancolombia, Diego worked at Personalsoft S.A.S as a Business Process Analyst and Strategist, and at Maper S.A. as Head of Supplies. Diego holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Economics from Evidentia University, a specialization in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, along with a Master's degree in Human-Centered Innovation from h2i institute.
