Yony Escobar Ceballos is an experienced technology leader with a history of transforming digital applications at Bancolombia, currently holding the position of Líder Técnico de Área for the App Personas since April 2021. Responsibilities include leading technology teams, ensuring continuous improvement and support of the application to enhance customer experience. Previous roles include technical leadership of Bancolombia A la mano, overseeing development and integration for a platform with over 6 million clients, and various engineering positions focused on iSeries - AS400 systems.
