As Group Accounting Manager, Monica led financial reporting for the New Zealand trading entity and supported decision-making across business units. Career beginnings included serving as Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young, focusing on financial statement preparation and tax compliance. Monica holds an M.B.A. and a Graduate Diploma of Commerce from The University of Auckland, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Operations Management.
