John Davis

John Davis is an experienced MEP Project Manager currently with Bancroft Construction Company since March 2021, responsible for procuring mechanical, electrical, and piping services, managing installations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Prior to this role, John worked as a Commissioning Engineer at Genesis AEC, developing protocols for major hospital projects, and held the position of Facilities Project Engineer at the University of Delaware, where John established facility standards. Additional experience includes positions at KBR, BE&K Engineering, Carrier Corporation, Paragon Engineering Corporation, Delaware Engineering & Design, and M.
